Jennifer Reif

Jennifer Reif taught drama at Emerson K-12 for 14 years between 1997-2012. She also led the after school program at LWHS between 2007 and 2012 because the long-time drama teacher, Irene Dempsey, retired in 2006, and they didn’t hire a replacement. I left the district in 2012 to teach at Chrysalis School in Woodinville.

In 2020, I started working for Drama Notebook while still teaching online for Chrysalis. In 2022, I became the Creative Director of Drama Notebook and left my teaching job. Here are a few fun facts... I now spend my mornings at Audubon Elementary as a paraeducator. It warms my heart and keeps me connected to kids. My son Jack graduated from LW in 2019.

Dawn Wyatt, the LW art teacher, and I collaborated every year on poster design. I would make a presentation to her design class, and then we would hold a contest for the winner
